Ampelokipi
A 3-storey building finished in 2005, built from reinforced
concrete and brick walls with ceramic tile roof. The total surface of
the building is 900sq.m. and all flats were sold completely furnished
and equipped with all electrical goods and air condition units. |

Gaitani
This is the trade centre owned by the company, which was totally
refurbished at the end of 2005. A warehouse of 650sq.m. was built in 2
months time and the rest of the building, of 2,200sq.m. was restored
and reinforced against earthquakes. |

A
4-storey block of flats, totaling 1,600sq.m., and underground basement
used as warehouses. Built in an area known as the “historical centre”
of Patras, close to the ancient Roman Theatre and the Byzantine Castle
of Patras. The design follows the traditional design of old Patras
buildings, i.e. the pavements are covered by arches. The area has been
completely reformed during the past years and its potential is very
high. Close to the city centre, the port of Patras and just 5min.
drive from the St’ Andrews Hospital. Patras is the administrative and
cultural centre of Western Greece |
